Return policy

Customers have the right to return their order within14 days of receiptwithout giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins the day after the product was received by the customer.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

  • be in its original condition
  • be in the original packaging if possible
  • not be damaged or excessively used

Return costs

The costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as used for the original purchase.
In the event of damage or depreciation of the product due to use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the product, a partial refund may be applied.

Exceptions

Returns are not possible for:

  • products that can spoil quickly
