A warm, spicy blend that offers the classic flavours of mulled wine, with or without alcohol. With ingredients such as cinnamon, cloves, orange peel, and cardamom seeds, this spice mix is perfect for cold winter evenings and festive moments.

Preparation method:

Water temperature: 95-100°C
Steep: 5-7 minutes
Dosage: 1-2 teaspoons per cup or 12-15 grams per litre

Recept voor het maken van een lekkere glühwein:

Neem een ruime pan. Schenk de 1 liter wijn hierin en zet deze op een héél laag vuurtje. De wijn mag niet koken want dan verdampt de alcohol, dus echt een laag vuurtje.
Add the spices and about 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (to taste).
Let this steep for 30-45 minutes on a low (yes, very low) heat.
Serve optionally with slices of fresh orange and drink it warm.
