Sweet, fresh and colourful

A fruit blend that is just as cheerful in the glass as it is in taste. Sweet strawberry and kiwi are balanced by the light tartness of hibiscus and lemon peel rosehip. Pieces of apple, rosehip and orange peel make it juicy and fresh.

Ingredients: strawberry, kiwi, hibiscus, rosehip, apple pieces, orange peel, lemon peel and aroma.

Taste: fruity and sweet on the first sip, with a fresh, slightly tart aftertaste. The colour is deep red due to the hibiscus.

Preparation

Hot tea

Amount: 2-4 grams (about 1 measuring spoon) per cup
Water: 100°C
Steep: 5-10 minutes. The longer, the fuller and fresher the taste.

Iced tea

Amount: 20-25 grams per litre of water
Pour over boiling water, let steep and cool down.
Or cold brew: leave water with the blend in the fridge overnight. The flavour will become more intense.
Serve with plenty of ice, possibly with a slice of lemon or fresh strawberries.
