Golden Herbal Tea – Turmeric, Ginger & Cardamom

Golden Herbs tea is a loose herbal tea with turmeric, ginger and cardamom. You choose this tea mainly for the warm, spicy flavour and the pleasant moment of enjoyment. Nice as a quiet cup of tea after a meal, during a cosy moment for yourself, or simply when you feel like something spicy. A pure herbal blend, caffeine-free.

Ingredients: turmeric (curcuma), ginger, cardamom. Caffeine-free.

Flavour: spicy, warming, aromatic, slightly hot.

Preparation

Dosage: about 1 measuring spoon of loose tea per cup of 250 ml
Water temperature: 95 to 100 °C
Brewing time: 5 to 8 minutes

Let it steep gently and then remove the herbs. For a more intense and spicier flavour, let the tea steep a little longer.

As iced tea: brew the tea a bit stronger with hot water and let it cool, or let the prepared tea cool completely and serve with ice.

Why drink this tea?

Spicy and aromatic
Turmeric gives the tea a warm, earthy note. Ginger provides a spicy accent and cardamom adds a fresh-spicy and slightly sweet aroma.
A wonderfully warming cup
The combination of these spices makes it a characterful tea that is particularly nice on cooler days and in summer as iced tea.
Pure or with an extra accent: drink the tea simply pure, or add a slice of lemon or a little bit of honey.
A lovely daily tea moment: a cup of herbal tea fits into your daily life at any time of the day.

Storage: dry, dark and well sealed.
